Patiala, December 18 – Newsline Express –ย ย ย Dr. Praveen Bhai Togadia, founder of an International council “Antar-Rashtriya Hindu Parishad”
and “Rashtriya Bajrang Dal” and a senior Hindu leader who played a key role in the Ayodhya Ram Temple construction movement, will be on a tour of Punjab from December 20th to 24th. During this period, he will address gatherings and participate in organizational meetings in various cities of Punjab.
This will be Dr. Togadia’s second visit to Punjab in 2025, having long been active in the Hindutva movement. He previously visited Punjab on January 7th and 8th at the beginning of the year. The growing influence of the International Hindu Council in Punjab is evident from the fact that Dr. Togadia is visiting Punjab for the second time in a single year.
Vijay Kapoor, President of the International Hindu Council, Punjab, informed that Dr. Praveen Bhai will arrive in Patiala via Chandigarh on the evening of December 20th. There, he will meet with organization officials at the residence of the organization’s secretary, Lakhwinder Sareen. He will then spend the night at the residence of Punjab State President Vijay Kapoor in Manjit Nagar.
Kapoor stated that on December 21st, at 10 a.m., Dr. Togadia will address a large gathering at the Pacific Resort in Patiala’s Factory Area. Following this, he will spend three days addressing dozens of gatherings in various cities across Punjab, including Dhuri, Moga, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, and Amritsar, interacting with organization workers.
The primary objective of Dr. Praveen Togadia’s visit is to establish over one lakh Hanuman Chalisa centers across the country, create public awareness for the implementation of population control laws, and assist the poor through social campaigns like “Ek Muthi Anaaj.”
It is worth noting that Dr. Togadia runs dozens of organizations in India and abroad, prominent among them being the International Hindu Council and the Rashtriya Bajrang Dal. Several organizations, including the Rashtriya Mahila Parishad, Ojaswini, Hindu Helpline, and the Rashtriya Chhatra Parishad, are actively working under his leadership.
In the past few years, several senior Hindu leaders in Punjab have joined Dr. Togadia’s organizations. According to an IB report, the International Hindu Council is the organization holding the most meetings in the country. Therefore, Dr. Togadia’s visit to Punjab could have a significant impact on state politics in the future.ย ย ย Newsline Express
