Patiala, June 11 – Newsline Express –ย ย ย ย ย A voluntary blood donation camp was organised at Hotel Clarion, Patiala, in memory of renowned social worker Late Sh. Arjan Dass Ji on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
The camp was organised by Mr. Ashwani Goel, Managing Director of Hotel Clarion Patiala, along with Mrs. Mala Goel, Pranshu Goel and Dr. Kirti Goel, Shreyansh Goel and Dr. Aashna Goel, and other members of the Goel family.
The blood donation camp was held under the blessings of Smt. Krishna Goel, mother of Mr. Ashwani Goel. She appreciated the initiative and encouraged the family to continue carrying forward the values of social service and humanity exemplified by Late Sh. Arjan Dass Ji.
A medical team from Government Rajindra Hospital, Patiala, led by Dr. Rajni Bassi, visited the camp and supervised the blood collection process. The drive received an enthusiastic response from voluntary donors who came forward to contribute to this noble cause.
Among those present on the occasion were Smt. Krishna Goel, Mr. Ashwani Goel (MD), Mrs. Mala Goel, Pranshu Goel, Dr. Kirti Goel, Shreyansh Goel, Dr. Aashna Goel, Devisha Goel, Purvaraj Goel, Mr. Sukhwinder Singh, and Mr. Vikas Bhatt, General Manager, Hotel Clarion Patiala.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ashwani Goel, Managing Director of Hotel Clarion Patiala, said that the blood donation camp had been organised to honour the memory and social service legacy of Late Sh. Arjan Dass Ji. He said that blood donation is one of the noblest forms of service to humanity and can help save precious lives. He urged citizens, especially the youth, to actively participate in such initiatives and contribute towards the welfare of society.
Mr. Vikas Bhatt, General Manager of Hotel Clarion Patiala, appreciated the efforts of the donors, medical staff and volunteers for making the camp a success.
