ЁЯЪй Bank owes lakhs of rupees to Kandharis!
Patiala, September 24 – Newsline Express –┬а┬а┬а The Honorable Court of Patiala, Miss Simran, PCS, Civil Judge Junior Division, while delivering the verdict in a case, has issued orders to attach the office of State Bank of India Life located next to the Head Post Office, Leela Bhawan, Patiala.
These orders have been made in the case against 1) SBI Life Insurance Company Limited through its Branch Manager, Branch Office, Patiala now SCO 6, 1st Floor, Chhoti Barandari, Patiala and 2) SBI Life Insurance Company Limited through its Regional Director (North-1) SCO 109-110, 3rd Floor, Sector 17B, Chandigarh and also, 3) Shri Ashutosh Sharma, Regional Director (North-1) SBI Life Insurance Company Limited, SCO 109-110, Sector 17B. Chandigarh.
┬а┬а┬а It is noteworthy that the company of Patiala social worker family M/s Janaki Devi Kandhari Estate Private Limited, House No. 1, Bhupinder Road, Near Stadium Patiala, its MD Harmeet Singh Kandhari son of Late Joginder Singh resident of Flat No. G 201, Ambience, NH-8 Island, Near Ambience Mall, Gurgaon, Haryana, had filed a case in the Patiala court against the above persons/companies etc. and Hon’ble Mrs. Sucheta Ashish Dev, Additional Sessions Patiala as per the orders dated 04-12-2024, Rs. 27,13,110 was to be paid to the complainant decree holder Kandhari company along with interest but the State Bank of India has not given the amount to the decree holder Kandharis.
Now, orders have been given to attach the said property.┬а It is worth mentioning that the list of properties to be seized also includes the bank building, furniture and AC located on the first floor of SBI Life Insurance Company. Newsline Express
